  • I am a birth and a post-natal doula.
I work in SW areas of London and also Kingston, New Malden, Worcester Park Raynes Park and Wimbledon.
I like to work locally, especially with births, as I like to be able to see my ‘mums to be’ at the drop of a hat.

  • About Me:

I am married and live in London.
I have two grown up children and a gorgeous grand-daughter.

I've always loved pregnancy and birth. There is no wrong ways of giving birth so long you're are informed and prepared for it. It is your body, your birth, your choice. My job is to be there for you, supporting you, not judging you.

I also support to families during the post-natal period.

    I offer a birth package and a post-natal package.

The birth package consists of an initial meeting in a neutral place, generally in a coffee shop to see if we can work together. I will will be happy to chat about my services and answer your questions.

Two ante-natal visits at your home where I will prepare you and your partner, informing you about your rights and choices, getting you ready for the big day.
From your birth wishes to your take away bag, we will work together and prepare for the arrival of your precious baby.
I will come with you at your 36 weeks midlwife appointment or your 40th.
I will be on call from 10 days before the birth up to when your baby is born, offering all the support you'll need until you feel happy and settle.

Two post-natal visits to help you manage with you new born and debrief your birth.
My support is unconditional and I'm always ready to talk to you via text and email

The post-natal service consists of my coming to your house for a few hours, for as many days as you need. I will help you in your new role as a mum/parent. I'll do small chores around your house, looking after you, making sure you're eating, drinking, resting, freeing your time to enable you to look after your baby. Or, I can look after your baby so that you can catch up on some much needed sleep, having a shower, etc. I can also be a listening ear if you want to talk, if you are worried about anything. There is always a solution. Basically, I'm here to ease your early days as a mum by doing little things that makes a difference in that moment (ie bringing you a drink and a snack when you're breastfeeding/bottle feeding, straightening your bed and fluffing pillows when you've nipped to the loo, preparing supper while you're having your nap, etc)

I wish you all the best with your birth and in your new role as a parent.

  • I trained with Nurturing Birth and qualified with Doula UK.
I carry on my education with attending various workshops and reading books on births, breastfeeding and anything to do with supporting mums and families during this very special time.
