Hello and welcome to my profile.
My name is Filipa, and I am a mother, a woman, a wife, a daughter, and the eldest of three children, with a caring and nurturing nature for as long as I can remember.
Like many women, I became a mother after experiencing a pregnancy loss. This experience was an invitation to feel, to recognise, and to embrace all parts of myself, breaking several generational patterns along the way.
For two years, I went through a demanding but necessary (in)fertility journey. This process led me to dive deeper into myself, to heal, and to emerge with a greater understanding of who I am today.
It was essential for me to let go of burdens that weren’t mine so that I could create and become a more complete version of myself.
This conception journey made me realise the profound importance of having a Doula during these phases of transformation and preparation of a woman into a mother.
