Personal Introduction:
I offer both Antenatal, Birth and Post Natal Doula services as a Recognised Doula (with Doula UK). My aim is to support you in achieving a happy and healthy pregnancy and your ideal labour, birth and post natal experience through antenatal and birth preparation sessions. I am passionate about natural active birth and can teach you skills and techniques to assist you in achieving this. My Postnatal Doula services offer emotional and practical support including breastfeeding help and can be arranged to meet your specific needs to ensure the best possible start for everyone in the family in the early weeks with a newborn.
About me
I am a mother of two beautiful grown up children and a Grandmother in waiting and Aunty to 9 and great Aunty to 7 nieces and nephews. I have been supporting women and couples with fertility, ante natal, birthing and postnatal teaching since 2000 and am passionate and privileged to be part of and share in such precious and amazing life experiences.
