Hi!! My name is Stéfanie, mum of an amazing little girl, journalist, feminist and antenatal, birth and postnatal doula. I cover all the district of Lisbon area and my mission is to help women and families to experience and empowered and positive birth and parenting. I am open to support you whatever are your decisions, helping you to make your own choices based on trusted information – no judgements on which they are.

I decided to become a doula after gathering a lot of information during my pregnancy that helped me to experience an empowered birth and postpartum period. As I had a doula myself, I noticed the importance of this support during this crucial period of life. After the baby is born, I would be glad to support you whether you need: confidence, feeding, experience or just someone to watch the baby while you catch up on yoir well deserved sleep.
