Hi, I’m Clare aka ClarityDoula. My pronouns are she/her. I am a birth and postnatal doula based in Bridport in beautiful West Dorset. Are you looking for support during your pregnancy, child birth and the early days of caring for your new baby?
As a birth doula I can help you to prepare for the birth of your baby, act as a companion throughout labour and increase the chances of your newborn entering the world in a calm, relaxed and stress-free manner. I am ideally located to help with homebirths or births at hospitals in West Dorset, East Devon and South Somerset.
I can also help you and your partner to settle into your new routine in my capacity as a postnatal doula or as a night nanny. I am a knowledgeable and experienced mother of 3 who can bring ‘clarity’ to your mind and life in the turbulent days of new parenthood.
About me
I am a mother of 3 wonderful children and wife to a very supportive husband living in South East London. I worked for 17 years as a secondary science teacher. I enjoy running, cycling, swimming, dancing, singing and arts&crafts.
