Hello! I’m Alex and I’m a Birth and postnatal doula, infant massage instructor and hypnobirthing instructor (available from July 2018) covering Hampshire and surrounding counties (Wiltshire, Surrey) within 45 min drive from my home.
I’m a Mummy of three wonderful children (born in 2006,2009 and 2014), married and live in the rural Hampshire countryside between Winchester and Basingstoke. I’m originally from Germany but moved to the UK in 2002.
I’m passionate about pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period and as your birth doula, I provide continuous emotional, practical and informational support for you and your partner.
Being able to make informed choices is vital for your overall birth experience and to make it a positive one.
