I am 40 and a mother of two young boys. I am also a personal trainer that specialises in pre and post natal fitness -specifically pelvic floor dysfunction and diastasis recti (abdominal separation) and optimal nutrition. I am a Breast Feeding Peer Supporter and am studying Sports Massage.
Through my experiences of childbirth – neither of which resulted in a labour or birth that I had hoped for – I feel passionately about giving support to mum and dad to be, in order for you to “be heard” and have the space to consider the choices that you will be presented with.

Most recently, I supported a lady with her twin birth, which was AMAZING! The lovely mum posted this review on my facebook page; "Nina is an angel sent from heaven. Her support and guidance during labour were priceless and she always encouraged me.
