Sarah Ojar

Hello! I’m Sarah, a birth and post natal doula based in and covering south west London.

I am passionate about supporting families through pregnancy, birth and parenting. I’m a mum of four myself, my youngest babies are twins. In my spare time I enjoy volunteering for the Breastfeeding Network as a helper and have been doing this for the past 3 years.

I’m currently offering virtual doula services in addition to normal.

I recently completed the Supporting Every Birth course. One of the reasons for this was to better support any families going through a pregnancy with a difference (previous loss, prenatal diagnosis, infertility etc) and to support the work I do virtually with families receiving a prenatal diagnosis of Down syndrome. My son has Down syndrome and I recognise the support a doula can offer in these circumstances.

Other areas of interest of mine are reusable nappies and baby wearing.
