I’m a very experienced Recognised Birth Doula, with great ability in supporting first time parents all the way through to your 6th baby and beyond! I cover the West Midlands, Warwickshire & Worcestershire areas.

I run a free to attend postnatal coffee afternoon on a Friday during term time, where I can offer breastfeeding and Babywearing peer support.

About me

I am a mummy of 4 gorgeous children. All have been very different births including Emergency Caesarean section, VBAC (vaginal birth after Caesarean) with Ventouse and forceps, HWBAC (Home Water birth after Caesarean section) and a VBAC of a premature baby born at 30 weeks. I live in Solihull with my husband, children and chickens as our surrogate dogs!

I am passionate about supporting women in an amazing journey of pregnancy and motherhood, getting them in touch with their mind, bodies and their babies.

I also volunteer for BLISS as a BLISS Champion at Heartlands neonatal unit.
I have a big interest in VBAC and giving birth after trauma, as well as tongue tie, reflux and CMPA in babies.
