I am a birth and postpartum doula where nourishing the mother – from my kitchen to yours – is my passion.
Nourishing the mother after childbirth is something we overlook.
We welcome a new life into the world and forget that another has been born too.
You have been born into motherhood – whether for the first or fourth time – and your world needs to settle into the weeks ahead with loving kindness, support, and with the all the healing medicine good foods can provide.
My long-standing passion for nutrition and gut health has overflowed into my work as a doula. I am a lover of ancient ways and traditional cooking; simple, down to earth and wholesome.
I live in South Somerset – right along the Dorset border – and cover both counties.
I am calm, deeply intuitive, enormously positive, and an awful lot of fun!
A mother of three vibrant, individual, children; I’m a big fan of embracing the fourth-trimester, baby wearing, extended breastfeeding and bed-sharing; my parenting is gentle but real. Above all things, we are happy and kind.
