Personal Introduction:
I have been a birth and postnatal doula since 2007, and I offer doula services in East Sussex. I am also a FEDANT-registered Antenatal Teacher, Breastfeeding Consultant and RYT325hours Yoga Instructor (specialising in Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga). I offer yoga, doula support, breastfeeding classes and home visits and birth planning and debrief sessions.
