Hi, thank you for the visit, I am a Birth and Postnatal Doula living in Epping with my husband and three kids. Having children is a life changing experience that can at times be overlooked in the conveyor belt that is life. We are taught to just ‘get on with it’ without slowing down to adapt our new normal. Having supported births, postnatal and antenatal people in maternity services for 10 years, my aim to help you emotionally, physically and practically into becoming the parent you want to be.
