I am a social scientist, mother of two and have always been deeply moved by the transformative nature of childbirth. This respect for the birth process has led me to transform my own life and also become a doula, committed to empowering people through every stage of their journey. I’m a big amapiano fan and in my free time love to bake sourdough bread and spend time in the garden!

I believe in the power of evidence-based information combined with the wisdom of trusting each individual’s instincts. My mission is to ensure every parent feels as supported, confident, and empowered as possible during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

I am a social scientist with a background in psychology, bringing a unique perspective to my doula practice. I’ve supported parents in a range of circumstances and locations from Tanzania to the UK; single parents and those of twins.

I offer comprehensive support to people from conception through to postpartum. My services are inclusive, and I am passionate about making quality care accessible to all, regardless of financial or social circumstances.
