Hi there! I’m a pregnancy, birth and postnatal doula covering the South Eastern Trust and Newry city, for home and hospital births. I am also a qualified Hypnobirthing Teacher (KGHypnobirthing) and an Aromatherapy for Childbirth Practitioner (ACB). I support hospital births of all kinds, homebirths, inductions, and anything else you choose to make the experience right for you. I am passionate about helping your birth partner to understand and enjoy their role, becoming a genuine part of the process rather than a bystander, and of course, about supporting YOU to birth in the way that feels right for you. I am available anytime to chat about what a doula does, and to find out more about how I can support you, but am very flexible and offer one-to-one meet-ups as well as full support packages.
