Personal Introduction:
Hey I am Wendy a former Midwife, Hypnobirthing Instructor, Doula, Positive Birth Coach and also co founder of The Little Birth Company offering Hypnobirthing across the UK and an Instructor Training Programme.
My love of birth and of supporting women and their birth partners to have a positive birth led me to train as an instructor after the birth of my 1st son Charlie in 2009. Fast forward to 2013 and I birthed our second son Alfie at home in water, it was the most incredible experience of my life, calm, comfortable and so much fun and I owe it all to preparing for birth and the wonderful Hypnobirthing techniques.
However one of my favourite things about Hypnobirthing is that it can benefit you regardless of how or where you choose too give birth.
